LE1700 is wacom digitiser only, at least here in Australia. I think there was an early version with a &quot;multi-touch&quot; screen, but I don&#039;t think they make it any longer.

Unless your app is designed specifically for touch, you&#039;ll find that the digitiser is much nicer to use.

Digitiser advantages:
- Proximity sensitive
- Pressure sensitive (256 degrees with wacom penabled)
- More responsive
- Doesn&#039;t confuse palm contact on the screen when writing.</description>
